What are Anxiety Focus Cards?
When you suffer from a mental illness or mental exhaustion, you may have trouble with your breathing, focus, concentration, decisions... everyday life.
These cards are meant to divert your attention off of the physical reactions that may overcome you in a stressful situation. Sweating hands, dizziness, palpitations, hyperventilating...
By focusing on the strategically placed healing orbs on each card, you divert your attention to something other than what your mind wants you to think about.
Count your healing orbs and look at the image on your chosen card. Think about what you are seeing. Take a deep breath in, in between counting each orb. Hold that breath for a count of 4, gently exhale. Feel yourself begin to relax.
Read the back of each card for support and encouragement. Pick a card each day to carry with you, allowing it to be a tool you use at a difficult time.
